Oil saving 
The technology adopts the heating mode that heats the oil layer from the middle and controls 
the temperature of the upper layer and the lower layer,so it can decrease 
oxygenation of the fried oil and restrain the acid value from going up.As a result,the oiling cycle is extended.Through mensurating the acid value of oil of the new type 
machine produced by our company after it works for 5 to 24 hours continuously.oxidized value and mensurated value are 1J40 and 0.062g/100g.while food health national 
standard are 4 and 0.15g/100g.The values are largely below national standards.so it can extend oiling cycle and decrease waste.This machine saves more than 50 percent 
oil compared with traditional machine. 

Health 
The technology makes the dregs produced during the process of frying food can rapidly escape 
from high temperature area and sink to low temperature area,then flow
